These Savoy Ebonised Door Knobs are a classic and simple example of a traditional Victorian design that has been taken from an original and reproduced to suit a range of period properties. These door knobs are made from an African Teak, which is stained and ebonised to give a rich, black finish. Both the door knob and the rose have been distressed slightly to give a real aged feel, adding to their authenticity. Please note surface markings should be expected. Roses available in: Polished Brass Unlacquered Polished Nickel Antique Brass Dark Bronze The door knobs are Unsprung, so you will need a lock or latch that is suitable for use with unsprung door knobs and has backset of 75mm or more. Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
