These Tulip Ebonised Door Knobs are a classic and simple shape. Taken from an original 1880s Tulip design and then reproduced so that it will suit a range of period properties and restoration projects. These door knobs are made from an African Teak, which is stained and ebonished to give a rich, black finish. Both the door knob and the rose have been distressed slightly to give a real aged feel, adding to their authenticity. Please note surface markings should be expected. The door knobs are Unsprung, so you will need a lock or latch that is suitable for use with unsprung door knobs and has backset of 75mm or more. Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
