A one on one test using an indoor bike trainer as Coach tests your lactate reading over a period of time as you ride your bike at certain intensities. Lactate testing is the Gold S tandard physiological test performed by Sport Scientists and coaches around the World to calculate athlete’s individual training zones. It is also a valuable tool to determine athlete training adaptation, monitor training program effectiveness, and minimise an athlete’s risk of overtraining.
