The blend is predominantly Syrah and Cabernet (Sauvignon and Franc), grown on the estate’s high-altitude clay, sand, and limestone soils. The wine is meticulously aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. The Indomito displays a beautiful ruby rich red with purple undertones. It balances distinct dark fruit notes with spicy white pepper, liquorice, and subtle hints of the Mediterranean macchia (scrubland).
