Mullein has been used for generations to support respiratory wellness. It is traditionally valued for its ability to ease discomfort in the respiratory tract and support the body's natural response to occasional irritation. With Ugly Soap and Farm, you can incorporate this traditional herb into your daily routine with 10–60 drops, taken 1–3 times daily, either under your tongue or mixed into water.Mullein grows locally and is a cherished natural botanical. At Ugly Soap and Farm, we carefully pick the cleanest leaves, rinse them, and dry them in the sun. Once dry, we infuse the leaves into a 50/50 mix of water and alcohol — the alcohol is essential for a thorough extraction. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
