With the utmost care in the vineyard and skilful organic winemaking, they continue to set the standard for quality wines in the region - and they're undoubtedly some of the best wines we've tasted from Navarra and indeed neighbouring Rioja. While we feature and love some younger wines from this winery, sometimes a touch of maturity is required on the wine rack. With a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot aged in French and American oak, this wine is rich and complex with a symphony of flavours: ripe black fruits, a hint of tobacco, and a whisper of vanilla.
