Ossian makes Capitel from Verdejo grown in Castilla y León, central Spain, under the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León IGP. Verdejo here is worked with serious intent, giving a white with more depth and texture than the grape's simpler, everyday versions. Expect fennel, citrus peel and a herbal edge over a broad, textured palate, with enough weight to stand up to richer dishes. Serve at 10-12°C with charcuterie, pork, shellfish or a plate of Tapas and Small Plates. Show more
