How do I calibrate it? A: Yes, the device is fully calibrated at the factory prior to shipment. For manual calibration steps, please refer to the Calibration Document. Q: Why is the temperature output inaccurate? A: The pH electrode itself does not have a built-in temperature sensor; the output reflects the internal plate temperature. If precise liquid temperature is needed, use an external NTC (10K, 3950) thermistor. Q: Can it be used in soil? How should it be installed? A: Yes, it measures soil moisture pH. Error increases in dry soil. Installation: Dig a pit, fill with water to create a slurry, then insert the glass probe carefully, avoiding hard objects like stones.
