It is a blend of 5 different varieties: L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, Ortega, and New York Muscat. Our 2025 Tidal Bay is off-dry, bright, and lusciously aromatic. Tropical aromas of lychee and pineapple are harmoniously layered with notes of fresh peach and citrus. The palate is crisp, clean, and lively, with juicy flavours of stone fruit, lemon, tangerine, and green apple. Light and refreshing, it is everything a Tidal Bay should be.
