10.23" x 7.45" x .575" 6061 Aluminum Mounting Plate for Tormach RapidTurn. Plate is reversible for +X or -X mounting location. Plate is designed to mount directly to an SMW fixture plate and not the machine table. This plate is a replacement to the stock Tormach mounting plate. Includes hardware for mounting to SMW Fixture Plates. Existing hardware is intended to be transferred from stock Tormach subplate when mounting the RapidTurn to the SMW subplate. Note: if using the 8mm pins on the bottom of the RapidTurn for alignment to the subplate, the pins will need slightly shortened. The RapidTurn can remain mounted to the subplate when removed from the machine for simpler setup. This subplate can be aligned to the fixture plate using three user-supplied 1/2" dowel pins on the alignment reference surfaces (see drawing) OR using two SMW 1/2" Fixturing Pins using the alignment bores included in the subplate.
