The Kimblehook cheekpiece is similar to the Kimblewick but enables greater leverage. It can be ridden with one or two reins. The lower the rein is placed, the greater the leverage effect, and the bigger the impact. The Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and have a recognizable blue color. Sweet Iron will rust when it comes into contact with (air) humidity, the surface rust tastes sweet and naturally stimulates the saliva production.
