Vintage Crabtree Brass / White Ceramic British Toggle Light Switch For all collectors of period homewares or Architectural salvage, we have a genuine Vintage Crabtree Brass / White Ceramic British Toggle Light Switch . It dates to about the 1930s/40s.The face is brass and the back is white ceramic. It is in fair vintage condition. There are a few scuffs and a small dent on the surface of the brass which is slightly discoloured but may benefit from a careful polish. There are a couple of chips on the ceramic base. Ceramic is embossed with: British Made Crabtree Regd 667073-702174 Patent C1030 5156.27 No.16 Vitreous Approximate size:Base Diameter: 5.8cmApproximate height (base to tip of switch): 4cm The switch is not up to current IEE regulations.
