This vin tage underwent 60% whole cluster fermentation and was aged in 50% new French oak. It leaps from the glass, offering a heady bouquet of black and blue fruits, white pepper, and herbs de Provence. Possessing a slightly fuller texture than its predecessor, it still retains plenty of lift.
