A wall lantern that lights the wall as much as the ground The mirror image of the down facing version, this lantern sits on top of its bracket rather than below it, so the light sp reads up the wall behind it as well as out across the front. Cast aluminium in matte black, with clear glass on all four sides. How it works A single E27 bulb sits inside the housing, and because the whole fitting points upward, the glass catches more of the light than it would facing down, useful if you want the lantern itself to stand out after dark rather than just the ground below it. It's compatible with dimmable bulbs if you're running it on a dimmer. Where it works best Suits a porch, an entrance or a garden wall where you want the wall surface lit up as a backdrop, rather than a pool of light on the floor. It pairs naturally with the down facing version if you want one of each either side of a door.
