About the 2 Panel Oak Door This two-panel door has a minimalist, modern look and is supplied unglazed, with all the oak beading needed to fit your own glass. It suits contemporary homes and pairs well with clear or frosted glazing. Handcrafted solid oak Made to order in the UK from 100% prime-grade European oak using traditional joinery, so each door is strong, stable and full of natural character. The door is 44mm thick and available in four standard sizes, with bespoke sizes on request. Glazing The door is supplied unglazed with all the required oak beading, so you can install your own glazing panel, clear, frosted or leaded, to suit your home. Finishing & Care This door arrives prefinished and ready to hang, professionally finished to bring out the oak's natural tone and grain. Like any external oak door, it is best fitted in a sheltered spot, under a porch or canopy, rather than fully exposed to driving rain or strong sun. Timber is a natural material and can move a little as it settles in; the occasional minor adjustment is a normal part of looking after a solid oak door. Oak Weather Bar We also supply an Oak Weather Bar to match, which will be needed if the door is open to the elements.
