Spiral Stabilization (SPS) 4-Day International Certificate Course - Course 1 This is a Professional Certificate Course in Spiral Stabilization (SPS) Course 1. It is taught by Edvin Chu, Hong Kong’s first official SPS certification trainer (Certified Teacher of Spiral Stabilization, Czech Republic). Completers will receive the official Czech Course 1 certificate. Over 4 days (09:00–17:00, 24 hours, maximum 8 people) you study the spiral movement pattern of the spine and how deep stabilizing muscles are activated; muscle-chain anatomy and training principles; exercise, adjustment and assisted techniques; relaxation work for the shoulder girdle and waist; dynamic and static posture assessment; gait analysis and practice; and personal-training strategies for different body types. Remarks: Early Bird Offer $6000 : On or before 21st November / Regular: $6,500 A set of SPS Practice Kit — elastic cord 6mm (Smíšek), balance mat (Smíšek), exercise poles with rubber tips, is required for this course.
