We have a vintage Istanbul K Ride 20-inch guitar in stock, believed to have been manufactured between 1959 and 1966! We have received a 20-inch ride cymbal with an Intermediate sta mp that appears to have been manufactured between 1959 and 1966. The cymbal has an excellent balance of legato sounds that stand out just enough from the well-balanced, exquisite weight that is neither too heavy nor too light, and complex mid- to low-range overtones that add depth to the sound, resulting in a familiar yet atmospheric cymbal legato. The cup sound is crisp and clear, and the weight is just right for crashing, producing a medium-pitched crash sound with a strong bass. This is a well-balanced instrument that produces a moderately mellow, calm legato with cup and crash sounds that are perfect as accents, making it perfect for acoustic sessions such as jazz and blues. Please enjoy the finest old K sound. The hole diameter is approximately 11mm. It can be easily set up with a YAMAHA cymbal stand or TAMA HC52F. It may be difficult to use with some stands, such as those made by Pearl and TAMA.
