Subsequence is a bilingual, semi-annual magazine published by Cubism Inc., the parent company of visvim. Founded and edited by Kosuke Ide, the magazine explores global arts, crafts, design, travel and culture through richly photographed essays and long-form storytelling. Guided by the theme “Arts & Crafts for the Age of Eclectic”, each issue celebrates craftsmanship, creativity and cultural heritage from diverse perspectives around the world. Volume 8, A Sense of Something, reflects on the value of patience, process and the insights gained through sustained attention.
